- Agricultural Farm: Detroit A&M operates a state-of-the-art micro-green farm housed in a 50×100 foot steel building. Our micro-green production focuses on popular varieties such as sunflower shoots, pea shoots, radish micro-greens, broccoli micro-greens, kale micro-greens, cilantro micro-greens, basil micro-greens, and amaranth micro-greens. We prioritize sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices, utilizing innovative techniques like vertical farming to maximize production in a limited space.
Our micro-greens are carefully cultivated to ensure the highest quality and nutritional value. They are versatile and can be used in various culinary applications, including salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and garnishes.
